Join Our Team of Caring Educators

We are are looking for educators who want to make a lasting difference in children's lives. We help children discover their unique strengths and find joy in learning with our after school enrichment classes.

With our site director, you will co-teach two classes daily: a Study Skills and an Innovation enrichment class, at one of our sites (Hillsborough, Redwood City, Woodside, or Half Moon Bay). Our classes are held daily from approximately 3-6 p.m. (Hours vary by location). We follow a school year calendar, and provide classes on days that school is in session.

You will access our unique curriculum with the option to create your own. You will also be paid to receive training to grow as an innovative teacher leader. Our ideal candidate loves to design learning experiences that connect with children and has a lifelong passion for learning.

Our award-winning program has expanded to eight elementary and middle schools in the Bay Area. We are a Bay Area Parent Favorite, and have been featured in The New York Times, The Daily Journal, University of Virginia Magazine, and Design Thinking in Schools.

What Our Teachers Say about Working at Workshop

"Learning at workshop is intelligence learning while the learning at school is academic learning. I was impressed with the focus on helping students become leaders, and focusing on their social skills and creativity, and not solely academics."

"I am grateful I stumbled upon this gem!"

"I had no idea it was going to be such an intense and deep after school program. I am really grateful for that because it has prepared me for teaching much more than other after school jobs would have. I loved that I got to create my own curriculum."

"After teaching in the classroom for several years, I found Workshop and I love the less formal, more explorative setting of an after school enrichment program."
